As an Executive and Leadership Coach and Diversity Consultant I can help empower your group to be aspirational; to reach for something new and different that might actually transform the team, and that works better than your status quo. Through Leadership Development, offered locally in Toronto or virtually across North America, we’ll work toward clarifying, shaping and actualizing your group’s vision, creating a positive leadership legacy.

I guide teams and work groups to set strategic intentions to achieve their visions, to build leadership capacity, and to clarify and work toward goals. We explore personal, intra-personal, departmental and organizational issues that may be contributing to company-wide challenges and opportunities.

I offer Leadership Development Coaching for your staff or colleagues in either a team or group format.

Through Leadership Development Coaching, we’ll develop your group’s creative, critical and strategic thinking, igniting more intentional or novel ways of being or doing that align with their  aspirations. Group or team Leadership Training is an opportunity to slow down and reflect, address blind spots and step beyond limiting beliefs; it’s a confidential space for participants to get support and to process thoughts and emotions around what’s working or not working.

Team Leadership Coaching is a facilitated process where your team works on issues, strategies or practices together with the intention of achieving specific goals or milestones. The focus is on your team’s needs versus what individual members may want.

 

I provide Team Leadership Coaching in-person in Toronto, or virtually across North America.

We will create a tailored online working group where participants are coached in developing critical and strategic practices and principles that they can apply in their respective teams or departments. This online forum allows members to raise challenges and to share experiences about what’s working and what’s not.

 

Group Leadership Coaching is offered in-person in Toronto, or virtually across North America.

Some goals for which group coaching may be effective are:

  • supporting workplace cultural change while enabling individuals to own and develop a new competency

  • developing participants’ talents by giving members a chance to integrate new knowledge
